- Wear & tear of the garment, such as fabric, zippers and other accessories
- Damage from outside sources (including, but not limited to:flood, accidental fire or theft)
- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, water, unauthorized service or negligence)
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item.
How to Claim
- Confirm the product defect according to ORORO Trouble Shooting Guide.
- Contact ORORO Support or submit Warranty Claim
- Provide the following information:
- Your order number and order channel
- Description of the defect in text/video/picture (what happen when you trouble shoot the product)
- S/N number on the battery (if it is battery defect)
- Warranty confirmation and solution.
