“It all started when my son got a job as a lifty at our local ski hill. As he has Reynauld Syndrome like myself we weren't sure how it would go for him especially with the cold winter we had in BC last year. I looked into heated gloves and socks for him and liked that Ororo is Canadian so we took our chances. The fact that my son did so well then prompted me to get my own gloves and socks...what a game changer! All my adult life I avoided temperatures of less than -10 C but all that changed. WOMEN'S HEATED FULL-ZIP FLEECE JACKET
“I was looking for a Canadian company that sold heated mitts. I was going on a fall motorcycle trip, and because Im ALWAYS cold, I needed something that would give me enough warmth. I found Ororo website and was surprised at the selection. I ordered a jacket and mitts the weekend before our bike trip, and I had both items by the wednesday. The jacket is awesome, by itself its thick and very warm, add the battery heating and it was exactly what I needed. I have renaulds syndrome, which is a condition where the hands and feet lose all warmth and go completely numb if they get the slightest bit cold. I wore these mitts on the trip and again, they were awesome. they kept the wind out and my hands did not get cold. the temperatures on our bike ride was 10 deg C. that is cold without being on a motorcycle. My husband was proud of me, he later told a friend that I didnt complain even once, about being cold.
The jacket is quickly becoming my go to jacket to wear even at work in the office. I would, and have, recommended Ororo products, very good quality.”
