• Enrolling in the Program

  Enroll in the Program for FREE by creating an ororowear.ca account, providing an email, and completing a customer profile. By joining, you consent to receive coupons and marketing emails from ororo. You may opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in emails you receive from ororo Canada.

• Insider Program Tiers

  Tier 1 - Radiant Start: Create an Account and Subscribe to Emails.
  Tier 2 - Cozy Explorer: Achieved with a Minimum Lifetime Spending of $199.
  Tier 3 - Warmth Advocate: Achieved with a Minimum Lifetime Spending of $499.

• Free Shipping

  Insiders enjoy free shipping over $99 within Canada for eligible online orders. To qualify, use the email address linked to your active ororowear.ca account during checkout. Previous purchases won't be adjusted. If your order is under $99, you will be charged $9 for shipping.

• Free Returns

  Insiders in Canada enjoy free online returns on eligible purchases, including extended holiday periods. For free returns, items must be purchased using the email address registered in the Program and linked to your active ororowear.ca account. Prior returns won't be adjusted. Every order is eligible for ONE prepaid shipping label only. If your order is outside the 30-day window, the shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to us for an exchange or a refund is covered by you.

• Early Access & Exclusive Deals

  Insiders can get early access to specific promotions and launches on ororowear.ca if they are subscribed to ororo's email list. Announcements for certain sales and new products will be sent via email.

• Anniversary Appreciation

  Tier 2&3 Insiders (minimum lifetime spending of $199) receive an annual anniversary gift as part of the program. Anniversary recognition may vary each year and is subject to change. You'll be notified via email at your enrolled Program email address about the anniversary recognition during your Membership anniversary month.

• Birthday Gift

  Tier 3 Insiders delight in an annual birthday gift. To receive it, enroll before your birthday month and complete your profile. Notification will be sent to your enrolled Program email address during your birthday month.

  For Tier 3 Insiders, we have advanced customer support to better help with your problems. Please use your account email to reach us to ensure you get faster responses and sophisticated support.
