Return Policy
  • Outlet and other Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • We reserves the right to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition (BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags).
  • Shipping fee is not refundable.
  •  If you need an exchange, a CAD$19 flat shipping fee will be charged to ship the exchanged item.

How to Return

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service at support@ororowear.com for any return or exchange.
  • Step 2: We will send you an RMA form.
  • Step 3: Please print out the RMA form and put it with your return package.
  • Step 4: Once the returned package is received by our distributing center, we will proceed with the refund or exchange for you.

*The return shipping cost will be borne by you. The original shipping and handling fee are non-refundable. Exchanges/Returns not valid for Heated Socks, Battery, Charger, Final Sale & Open-box orders.
