Extended Holiday Return Deadline
Buying your holiday gifts? No worries! You can return eligible items purchased between November 1st, 2020 and December 10th until Jan 10th, 2021.
Extended Return Policy
- Outlet and other Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items must be BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags to be eligible for return or exchange.
- We reserves the right to inspect and reject any return if items are not in original condition (BRAND NEW and UNWORN with tags).
- Shipping fee is not refundable.
- If you need an exchange, a CAD$19 flat shipping fee will be charged to ship the exchanged item.
How to Return
- Step 1: Contact our customer service at support@ororowear.com for any return or exchange.
- Step 2: We will send you an RMA form
- Step 3: Please print out the RMA form and put it with your return package.
- Step 4: Once the returned package is received by our distributing center, we will proceed with the refund or exchange for you.
*The return shipping cost will be borne by you. The original shipping and handling fee are non-refundable. Exchanges/Returns not valid for Heated Socks, Battery, Charger, Final Sale & Open-box orders.
