I would love to say that I loved these gloves, but I ordered them on December 17 and unfortunately they never arrived. Despite several attempts to reach the company to find out why, I have heard nothing back and I am out nearly 200$ and my daughter did not receive her Christmas present. I was happy to order from a Canadian company, but after this, I would not recommend purchasing this product online.

Bought this vest for golf on cool days.
Allows for free movement and fits over golf shirt or under an extra layer.

Bought for my 91yr old mother who just moved from Vancouver to Edmonton. This is her 1st winter and she LOVES IT, especially the heated neck. It simple to use and charge

Purchased for my adult daughter for Christmas. She loves it and wears it often. It is not bulky and she is able to wear her regular coat on top of the vest. Very happy with the purchase.

Have worn cool but comfortable at -20 C for walking, but essentially a mitten for shorter walks or trips in the city. The medium heat setting keeps my hands (& particularly thumbs) from freezing. The mitten's construction appears well sewn & tough but It doesn't breathe so with even mild exercise your hands will become sweaty & chilled after an hour. Because of the battery & larger cuff the mitten doesn't "mate" well with thicker winter jacket sleeves & air leaks in. If I had to rate the mitten solely by batteries it would get a 2-3 star rating. One battery came slightly defective with reduced charge & nowhere in the manual does it tell you you need to own or buy a fast charger ($40) to charge the batteries unless you want to spend 14 hours charging them. Battery life in cold conditions is 2/3 (at best) what the company advertises. I have a more expensive pair of heated mittens and they're better designed for active winter sports but they come with a $400 price tag. Despite the battery problems I reach for the Orono mittens when traveling in the city because they're comfortable enough & if I drop one somewhere it's not a $400 mistake. If you ski or are outside all day I highly recommend you check out heated gloves designed for those conditions & pay the extra. In terms of fit I usually by a large size and for these gloves that's fine but they're too tight to wear a liner inside. To sum up I recommend the Orono brand and usually reach for the gloves when I go outside if the temp. is between 0 degrees C & -20 C for walking in the city or bus trips.

Shipping a bit of a challenge as it was delivered to a random house and I had to track it down myself

J’ai acheté une paire de gants il y a quelques années, ils étaient trop petits. J’ai donc suivi les instructions pour mesurer mes mains cette fois-ci. Mon épouse s’est servi de son ruban de couturière pour me mesurer le contour de la main.
Encore une autre fois, gants trop petits que je dois retourner à mes frais. Les gants de remplacement, d’une taille plus grande, sont confortables.

Got a pair for Christmas and used them for the first time this week skiing at Lake Louise. It was cold - 8C to -15C, and the gloves didn't hold up. Fingers were frozen for 3 days. The batteries were done by 1pm. The gloves are very bulky, making holding the ski pole very awkward. And the pouch holding the battery is too small, meaning that you have to push and stretch it to get the battery in.

Felicity Fleece Hooded Jacket is lightweight. Heating was good, enough warm fir me. Was surprised that the on/off switch is inside the pocket and that was a better design that I like. Just hope that all your jackets have an addtitional inside pocket to put more items or a cellphone.

Its a good fit but it could be a couple of inches longer Im 6'5" tall

I bought these to alleviate the agony of winter mt. biking with Reynaud's syndrome in my hands.Having just got back from a 2 hr. ride (1C) with 1 bar of energy left out of 3,I found they worked well.Although not toasty warm,they provided the most comfort I've had for months, so I'm happy.I thought they may be too bulky to use for biking, but was able to function well with them.Well made,good simple instuctions,and all 5 star reviews.Perfect!!!

The idea behind the Bay City Heated Hand Warmer 2.0 from Ororo is really smart and practical. I do wish it were just a bit warmer though. I think if it had some kind of internal framework or structure, it would make sliding hands in and out much easier without losing the coziness.

le gilet est très bien par contre je ne réussis pas à charger la batterie à plus de 50 %.

Gloves: Model: B22A battery.
The gloves fit properly the first time I put them on but after I put the batteries in, I couldn’t get my hand in the gloves. In fact I had to wear the gloves without the batteries as long as I didn’t have a coat on. After wearing the gloves a few times it became harder and harder to get them on. I find whether it’s from my hands heating up but my fingers wouldn’t go in their spots because the finger sleeves tend to slide out slightly from removing my fingers earlier. The inside wrist part of the glove needs to be wider so that my fist can fit past that point, the battery takes up a lot of this space too.
- 2XL gloves should have been XL maybe because the fingers on the gloves are an inch longer than my fingers but the entrance of the glove is too narrow. They don’t fit over my hoodie coat sleeves. The wrist part inside the gloves are so tight that I can’t pull the other glove on once I have one glove on. I’m thinking maybe the liner gloves would be better.
-I would like to return these gloves but I’m not sure of the process.

The same thing goes for the socks. An app or button covers or 3 second hold for each temperature. I’m continually having the heat changing settings on my socks.
- I bought XL socks and I should have bought Large. Having size 11.5 size shoe I figured I had to go up to the next size; I was wrong. Seeing as socks can’t be returned I’m stuck with them. I found the socks aren’t very warm but they seem to take the edge off the cold.

The coat is Awesome! I wear it all the time, Inside and outside. All of a sudden I noticed the snap on my pocket just came off and fell inside of the coat. I would have liked to see zippers on the pockets. I don’t mind the push buttons for the heat but they need improvement, in my opinion. When I’m out walking my dog on my scooter I wear a winter coat shell over my hoodie. Being at the bottom left hand side of the coat makes it difficult for me to see the buttons when I’m out in the freezing cold. Not only that, but it would be nice to see this whole system in an app. Just the slightest pressure will cycle the temperature down to low if you’re not vigilant. I was thinking even if there was a hard cover to go over the buttons to prevent unintentional switching. You could also make it a 3 second hold to change temperatures.

It’s a well made dog coat. It’s a bit big on my 20lb dog but the XS wasn’t available. I was able to modify the one I got to make it work
