Can I wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags?
Sure, you can wear it on the plane. All ororo heated apparel is TSA-friendly. All ororo batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.

Will the heated apparel work at temperatures below 32℉/0℃?
Yes, it will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase a spare battery so you don’t run out of heat!

I wear this vest every day...air conditioning is always turned on high in my office, so this keeps me warm. PS...the ladies like it cooler than I do lol
I work outside a lot and this is perfect for the weather. I do not use high heat because of other layering, so battery can last most of the day. Consistent heat in the right places.
The vest is made of very good material and looks good on. A little snug but otherwise good.
Easy to operate, however it would be a 5 if the battery could lasted longer before recharging
