ORORO Limited Warranty: New Items

Any new items of orders placed on ororowear.com before October 1st, 2019, include a 1-year limited warranty on heating elements and batteries. Any new items of orders placed on ororowear.com after October 1st, 2019, include a complimentary 3-year limited warranty on heating elements and a 1-year limited warranty on batteries. 
Purchases from woot.com are covered with a 1-year limited warranty on heating elements and batteries.  
This warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase from ororowear.com or an authorized retailer is required for warranty service. 

ORORO Limited Warranty: Open-Box Items

Open-box items are change-of-mind or wrong-size returns from our customers. All the open-box items are in unworn and good functioning condition with a stringent quality control procedure. We also include coverage for any defects or malfunctions of the electronic components and the batteries for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
This warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase from ororowear.com or an authorized retailer is required for warranty service.

ORORO Limited Warranty: Heated Socks

Please be advised that we are unable to allow returns on our heated socks out of health and safety concerns while the heating elements and the batteries are covered with a 1-year limited warranty.
This warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase from ororowear.com or an authorized retailer is required for warranty service.

Warranty Exclusions

Wear & tear of the garment, such as fabric, zippers and other accessories are not covered under warranty at this time. Under no circumstances will ORORO or the manufacturer be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including water damage) resulting from the product, whether or not the product is found to be covered by this warranty. Damage to the heating system and parts resulting from misuse, flood, accidental fire, unauthorized service or negligence as outlined herein will void the warranty. This warranty does not cover commercial use.

How to Claim

The decision to repair, replace or provide a store credit for the retail price of a product under warranty shall be taken by ORORO. For most cases, to proceed with a claim, please contact us directly by e-mail at support@ororowear.com.
For warranty services provided by ORORO, please include the following information in your email:

  • The order number of the product
  • The channel you purchased the product
  • A picture/video clip of the product, showing the issue
  • A description of the product issue
