• How to choose my size?

• Can I wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags?

  Sure, you can wear it on the plane. All ororo heated apparel is TSA-friendly. All ororo batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.

• Will the heated apparel work at temperatures below 32℉/0℃?

  Yes, it will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase a spare battery so you don’t run out of heat!

• Does the hoodie heat the hood itself?

  No, the heating elements are concentrated in the body and neck area to maintain core temperature. The hood is designed with thick fleece to trap the heat rising from the neck heating zone.

• How does the "Unisex" sizing translate for men and women?

  The sizing is based on a standard Men’s fit. Men should order their usual size. Women are generally advised to size down by one (e.g., if you typically wear a Women's Medium, consider a Unisex Small).

• Where is the battery stored while wearing the hoodie?

  The battery is tucked away in a specially designed internal pocket, usually located in the lower-left area, to ensure it doesn't interfere with your movement or comfort.

• Is it safe to wear in light rain or snow?

  While the heating elements are insulated, fleece is not waterproof. If the hoodie becomes damp, it is safe to continue using, but if it becomes soaked, we recommend turning off the power and drying the garment.
