1. Chest/Bust

Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
2. Waist

Measure around your waist at the narrowest part.
3. Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
4. Sleeve

Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder and down to the wrist. Round up to the next even number.

Shhh..everyone in my immediate family is getting one for Christmas 2022. My nieces bought me one and I love it! I decided it is a the perfect Christmas gift for my adult kids. For me it is perfect for pickleball on cold mornings or walking my grandchildren during cold weather.

I wear this vest every day...air conditioning is always turned on high in my office, so this keeps me warm. PS...the ladies like it cooler than I do lol
