    • Will the heated apparel work at temperatures below 32℉/0℃?

      Yes, it will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase a spare battery so you don’t run out of heat!

    My mom loves this jacket. It's good quality and lightweight. Mom says it's warm without the heating element too. She uses it to keep her warm on her way to work in downtown Chicago. I'm very happy with the purchase.

    This is a GREAT jacket. The down is very high quality and it shipped quickly. But the downside was that this being my first Ororo I was not familiar with the battery and the website seemed to indicate it comes with all the parts. However it does not come with the wall charger. Really ? $300 and your gonna ship me everything without any way to charge it??! Really. So had to go order the one missing piece to have this be fully functional and it’s about a week later and still hasn’t arrived. Not a good experience. Clean this up in the website. Make it clear.

    I love this coat. It's super comfy and cozy, the quality is great and it kept me toasty warm in winter up on the mountain. Love that you can turn it on after walking/hiking so it starts warming you when you're standing still. It runs slightly on the larger side which I found great for layering up on a cold day.
