Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
2. Waist

Measure around your waist at the narrowest part.

Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder and down to the wrist. Round up to the next even number.

Recently received my hand warmer in the fun yellow color and was excited to try it out. I sit outside with my dogs every morning and chuck the ball for sometimes an hour.

It's currently 6 degrees, well within the recommended temperature range. I had the hand warmer on the max heat setting, the entire time, and honestly feel like a cheap pair of gloves would have kept my hands warmer and would have been more practical.

I do this morning activity with friends and had the three of them try it.. all of them had the same response as me.

Really disappointing - Canadian brand, good looking product and appears to be well built, liked the idea of recharging as opposed to buying the throw-away heat packs and the idea of having a pack around my waist.

Idea is awesome and the look is good but it fails in it's sole purpose - keeping your hands warm.

Great heated gloves - wish there was heating on both sides of the hand but other than that happy with them

Started wearing the vest as soon as it arrived. Really like the seperate heating for body and pockets. Allows me to stay warm while wearing a raincoat and not waste battery. Also, I can keep my hands warm in cooler weather where the body warming is not required.
